Privacy notice

VendorVariance collects information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company information, phone number, and details included in a review request. If you later provide contracts, invoices, or supporting records for a review, those materials are used for the requested service and related communication.

The website review-request form is delivered through FormSubmit.co, a third-party form processing service. Information entered into that form is transmitted through that service so it can be delivered to VendorVariance. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. Do not use the public form to send contracts, invoices, passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information.

VendorVariance does not sell personal information. Employee-sensitive information in documents may be redacted before materials are provided. Documents are used for the requested review and can be deleted on request after the engagement, subject to any legal or recordkeeping requirements that may apply.
